Lack of tracking movement for a few days is normal during international transit or customs processing.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If the carrier confirms loss, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not found. Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
